How do you know if your game kicks Halo's butt?

When your enemies look like this:

Just wanted to eliminate any confusion. By the way, this is not a cutscene, it's an in-game shot.

Are you sure this isn't pre-rendered. . . I mean how do we know you aren't pulling a Killzone on us?

I looked for an in-game video clip, but couldn't find anything decent. Just watching those striders walking around and impaling people on their legs makes the hair on your arms stand up.

HL2 was made entirely without cutscenes. You're driving from start to finish.

gamespot.com has all the bub videos. I tracked HL2 for over a year before it was released. Unfortunately my archaic P3 450 mHz can't handle the truth of your game.

Both-age.

HL2 has the single player campaign covered.

For multiplayer, pick an HL2 mod. Dystopia, Counterstrike: Source, Day of Defeat, there's a million of them. Don't blink, the
gameplay goes fast.

Dystopia's my favorite. Stealth suits, cybernetic implants, hacking, etc, like William Gibson gagging on a Shirow Masamune videotape.
